He has served in multiple leadership roles at technology companies for the past two decades.
Oversees financial activities and serves in a strategic advisory role to the C-suite. Nahne’s comprehensive experience includes serving as Extensis’ CFO for over 16 years, before which he led financial activities for a software company specializing in enterprise mobility, data collection, and managed IT services.
Leads customer success teams for the Americas to ensure enterprise customers receive exceptional value. Jamie served for over 15 years as vice president of customer relations and operations for a software company and has helped local business owners achieve their goals through his private consulting and coaching practice.
Directs global human resources through talent acquisition, compensations, benefits, training, and organizational development. Renee has worked in Human Resources within the technology industry for over 20 years.
Drives research and development, including the release of current, well-known applications as well as the exploration of new concepts and bringing them to market. Chad has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, during which he’s developed software for web conferencing and led engineering teams.
Guides product management and design teams from “idea” through functional product experience. Somi has over 15 years of experience delivering B2C and B2B products from concept to launch, with the last 10 years dedicated to the healthcare and document management spaces.
Leads our global revenue teams, including Account Management, Channel Reseller and Affiliate Partners programs to deliver and implement Extensis products all over the world. Kristin has nearly a decade of international experience, including building a global channel of managed service providers for a start-up, and opening a nearshore software development office.
Guides the Americas customer success team by improving collaboration between customer success and sales to spur strong growth for every client. Patrick previously held Director roles at two different technology companies prior to joining Extensis, where he focused on sales, support, and customer success.
Leads the marketing team and oversees all aspects of global marketing, including developing, executing, and measuring all marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention. Chris served in two previous marketing roles at Extensis—Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Manager.
As Customer Success Operations Manager, Joanna leads a team responsible for data integrity, sales reporting and business processes. Prior to coming into her current role, Joanna served as a business systems analyst here at Extensis, where she managed the development of our internal business systems.
Shepherds all data, its reporting, and the systems that keep crucial information secure. Mark has over 15 years of experience overseeing IT management, including 13 years at Extensis, where he’s served as Director of Information Technology as well as Business Systems Manager.
Ensures the successful engagement and delivery of support services. Jeff has worked in the technology sector for over 30 years specializing in customer service and account management, including as Technical Support Manager and Global Technical Support Manager at Extensis.
