Affiliate Terms And Conditions

Welcome to the Extensis Affiliate Program. In order to engage as an Extensis Affiliate, you must acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

PartnerStack:

  1. You will need to create a user account with PartnerStack for its PartnerStack Platform to receive your applicable commission as an Extensis Affiliate.
  2. As an authorized user of the PartnerStack Platform, you will need to abide by the applicable PartnerStack terms and conditions, and be responsible for any PartnerStack fees, if applicable.

General:

  1. You are responsible for ensuring that your tracking codes are working properly in sending traffic to the Extensis website. Any masking, redirecting or altering of tracking links that causes tracking to not occur may invalidate your commission and is at the sole discretion of Extensis.
  2. You agree not to copy or use any Extensis trademarks, service marks, logos and/or other intellectual property (outside of provided content and graphics in the PartnerStack Platform) to be displayed on your own website, documents, publications without prior written permission from Extensis.
  3. Domain forwarding is not allowed. You may not purchase a web domain and forward that address to Extensis using your affiliate tracking code/link.

PPC:

  1. You may not purchase, directly or indirectly, any branded search terms for “Extensis.” This includes misspelling and other variants of the brand name.
  2. You may not outrank any Extensis internal paid search. You may not use Extensis as your display URL. You may not link directly to Extensis on any paid search ads platforms.

FTC Disclosure Policy:

  1. We require that all customers are treated fairly. Extensis requires that all affiliates within our affiliate and referral programs comply fully with all applicable regulations, laws and guidelines concerning advertising and marketing. This includes, without limitation, the Federal Trade Commission Endorsements Guides, which require that any material connections between advertisers and endorsers be disclosed. This means that any endorsement via website, email, published content, blogs, reviews and ratings MUST disclose the fact that there may be a form of compensation for referring customers to Extensis.
  2. You can find out all about how you can comply with the FTC guidelines in the link below. There you will find a guide to how you can make sure your site is in compliance. While this is considered a guide, it does not guarantee your compliance. You are advised to obtain your own legal representation and counsel to review the applications of these rules to your site/business.
  3. If you are in violation of the FTC Endorsement Guidelines, fail to have a disclosure/disclosure page as recommended by these guidelines, Extensis reserves the right to withhold commissions and/or terminate you from the Extensis Affiliate Program.

Email Spam Policy:

  1. If you email offers and deals to your email subscriber list, you must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003  and any other law that is applicable in the recipient’s country of residence.

Deactivation:

  1. Your affiliate relationship/account may be deactivated or terminated without warning or notice, at the sole and reasonable discretion of Extensis, if you violate any of these terms, FTC Disclosure policies, or any other applicable laws or regulations, or engage in any false representation or fraudulent activities.
  2. Any manipulation of our affiliate platform or website are grounds for immediate removal from the Extensis Affiliate Program.

Liability:

  1. You agree that Extensis will only be responsible for payment of all valid commissions earned by you under the Extensis Affiliate Program and Extensis shall not be liable for any other damages, including any consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages.
  2. You agree that Extensis shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or liabilities whatsoever resulting from your use of the PartnerStack Platform.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance:

  1. By applying and joining the Extensis Affiliate Program you affirm that you have read and accepted these Extensis Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
