Fraudulent Employment Offers
Extensis has been notified of several fraudulent employment offers being made via email on behalf of Extensis. Extensis only corresponds with candidates that have applied for an open position via our company career site and all communication comes from email addresses ending in @extensis.com and even if the email address contains the word "Extensis”, the email may not be from us. Additionally, Extensis is headquartered in Portland, OR. Many of the fraudulent offers are coming from a New Jersey address.

All Extensis job applicants are contacted for a phone, zoom, or in-person interview. Extensis does not use Wire or any other methods for conducting interviews or onboarding employees. Extensis also does not ever make an offer of employment to a candidate who has not gone through a virtual/zoom interview.

Extensis strongly urges candidates not to provide personal identifying information in response to an offer of employment if you are unsure of its authenticity. If you are unsure of the authenticity of an email or communication in the name of Extensis, please contact us at hr@extensis.com. Extensis will investigate these issues; however, if you are the victim of phishing or fraudulent job offers, contact your local law enforcement or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
