Extensis Announces Three Channel Partners and New Partner Program

PORTLAND, Ore. — June 16, 2005 — Extensis, a division of Celartem, Inc., today announced three new channel partners: The Karcher Group, Markham Street Media, and SGL-US. In addition, Extensis has updated its channel partner programs to include bronze, silver, gold and platinum levels. The new partner program establishes certification levels on Extensis software ensuring customers have consistent access to qualified consultants with proven expertise with Extensis management solutions.

Extensis’ three new partners include:

Karcher Groupis a solutions integrator/value-added reseller specializing in customized presentation systems. They offer on-staff engineers to provide certified engineering services as well as a variety of maintenance plans for computer and network support.

Markham Street Media (MSM) is a solutions integrator/value-added reseller, based in New York City, specializing in providing professional services to groups of professional photographers and stock photo agencies. MSM strives to provide an Internet-based, secure groupware environment for their clients.

SGL-US is a solutions integrator/value-added reseller specializing in mid-sized Digital Asset Management. SGL-US looks to Extensis to help provide their customers with an affordable workgroup solution.

Extensis channel partners take advantage of Extensis’ Portfolio suite of digital asset management solutions, which enable creative professionals to efficiently manage access and globally share the digital files they use everyday. Extensis’ Suitcase and Font Reserve font management solutions set the industry standard in professional font management. With Extensis’ world-class client/server solutions, collaborative workgroups can instantly connect ideas with any digital asset.

Extensis’ New Partner Program Levels

Platinum Partner Program: This program is designed for the consultant partner/training organizations and system integrators that want to increase their bottom line through a focused sales effort of Extensis products or through bundling Extensis products with their products for resale. Platinum partners will be able to train their current customers as well as potentially participate, on a subcontractor basis, in Extensis’ professional services offerings to primary end users. The Platinum Partner will purchase direct from Extensis with volume discounts and will be able to accrue marketing funds for Extensis marketing activities.

Gold Partner Program: This program is designed for consultant partner/training organizations that want to increase their bottom line through a focused sales effort of Extensis products. The Gold Partner is also approved to sell Extensis Integration, consulting and training services with ability to train their customers as well as potentially subcontract for the Extensis professional services offering. Mutually developed business plans; volume discounts and accrual of marketing funds are also included in the Gold Partner Program.

Silver Partner Program: This program is designed for the VAR/consultant partner organizations. Silver partners can purchase product from Extensis U.S. distributor Ingram Micro. Silver partners will have the same access to Extensis integration, consulting and training services as the above two levels.

Bronze Partner Program: This program is designed for the reseller partner organizations. Like the Silver partners, Bronze partners will purchase all Extensis product through the Extensis U.S. distributor, Ingram Micro. Ingram Micro stocks the entire Extensis product line and may offer Extensis partners volume discounts, financing and next day shipping service.
