Fraudulent Employment Offers

Extensis has been notified of several fraudulent employment offers being made via email to prospective candidates.

Official Extensis communication only uses email addresses ending in @extensis.com and all job applicants apply only through our company career website.

Extensis does not use generic email addresses such as "@gmail.com” and even if the email address contains the word "Extensis”, the email may not be from us. Fraudulent Examples – @extensiscareers.com and @extensisjobs.com

Extensis does not use Google hangout for interviews or training purposes. All Extensis job applicants are contacted for a phone or in person interview. Extensis strongly urges candidates not to provide personal identifying information in response to an offer of employment if you are unsure of its authenticity.

If you are unsure of the authenticity of an email or communication in the name of Extensis, please contact us at hr@extensis.com. Extensis will investigate these issues; however, if you are the victim of phishing or fraudulent job offers, contact your local law enforcement or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
