Connect Fonts supports the following applications from Adobe Creative Cloud 2021 and later: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InCopy, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.

Do I need to install any software?

Yes. If you’re new to our font manager, welcome! To get started with Connect Fonts, download the Connect Fonts installer and you’ll be prompted to open Connect Fonts.

No. If you’re already a customer of Suitcase Fusion, and you’ve updated to the Connect Fonts installer version 23 or higher, you can start using Connect Fonts immediately. Log in to Connect Fonts with your Extensis account credentials and experience the future of font management.

What are the system requirements for Connect Fonts?

The Connect Fonts Desktop application requires one of the following operating systems:

  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10+
  • macOS™ 13.x
  • macOS 12.x
  • macOS 11.x
  • Devices with Apple M1 hardware

How does Connect Fonts control access and secure data?

Single sign-on (SSO) and identity authentication make for more control, better security, and fewer interruptions.

What if I lose my Internet connection?

No problem. Connect Fonts manages your fonts on your desktop, and in the cloud from any web browser. If you lose your Internet connection, any offline font management on your desktop will automatically sync with the cloud once your Internet connection is restored.

I got a new computer. Do I need to re-install Connect Fonts?

Yes, you need to re-install the desktop application. To get started, download the Connect Fonts installer and you’ll be prompted to open Connect Fonts. You can also contact our Support Team if you need a hand.

How does billing work for Connect Fonts?

When you purchase annual licenses for Connect Fonts, they are good for an entire year from the date of purchase. Your licenses will automatically renew each year through your original method of payment. Easily add licenses or change your payment method at any time.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal.

What if I want cloud-based digital asset management in addition to Connect Fonts Powered By Suitcase?
