Take our top five blogs over the past year. They’re educational, insightful, and really just all-around fantastic content created by (ahem) extremely good looking and sophisticated content writers. So, what were they? ![organized-file-structure](https://www.extensis.com/hs-fs/hubfs/organized-file-structure.png?width=906&height=402&name=organized-file-structure.png) ##### 1. 5 Tips To Create An Organized File Structure Like A Pro   The people have spoken and confirmed our suspicions — file structure is HAWT. But you know what’s even hotter? An organized system that your whole team can get behind. File structure is one of those funny little things that may seem archaic. (After all, can’t we just search file names and find what we need?) But trust us, when you treat your file structure like a junk drawer, you make your beloved teammates very grumpy as they sift through piles of your digital debris to find what they need. If your New Year’s resolution involves getting more organized, check this one out. Just like a cluttered house, a cluttered hard drive or server can distract and stress *everyone* out. What’s The Best Font For People With Dyselxia?   We’re thrilled that this article was such a hit! Supporting neurodiversity means that we all need to rethink systems to make them inclusive – and design is no exception. This blog highlights everything you need to know about improving readability for a dyslexic audience, but honestly, many of these tips are applicable for making designs more legible in general, too. How To Prepare For The End Of PostScript Type 1 Fonts   We’re surprised this one didn’t take the absolute top spot, but hey, I guess we can all agree that impending creative workflow crises just aren’t as hot as file structure tips. Adobe is ending support for PostScript Type 1 fonts January 1, 2023. It’s kind of a big deal, because even if you pick different fonts going forward, established files are going to have all types of wonky headaches when you open them with these no-no fonts in the future. This blog covers everything you need to know, but since its initial publication, we also hacked a few ways to use Extensis Connect to futureproof your font collection, which you can [read about here](https://www.extensis.com/blog/connect-assets-connect-fonts-postscript?hsLang=en). How to Create a Manageable and Logical Folder Structure   Again, folder structure is in, folder disorganization is OUT, according to trend forecasting experts. This article is all about the timeless, trés chic nesting technique, the Pyramid Folder Structure. [Build The Pyramids >](https://www.extensis.com/blog/how-to-create-a-manageable-and-logical-folder-structure?hsLang=en) ![FOLDER-STRUCTURE-1](https://www.extensis.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FOLDER-STRUCTURE-1.png?width=906&height=402&name=FOLDER-STRUCTURE-1.png) ##### 5. Behind The Font: Why The Futura Typeface Never Looks Dated   Around here, good typefaces get serious fanfare. We’ve covered a lot of exciting new type from various designers, so one day, we figured that we ought to pay tribute to the greats. This article is a deep dive into the Futura typeface’s history, architecture, and application. Just a quick word of caution: this article may have you craving to cancel your plans and have a movie night — Futura has been used in some of the greatest films of all time.
