To quote Bill Gates, “We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”

In order to better serve you and improve our solutions, Extensis needs you and your feedback. Please consider joining the Extensis Customer Feedback Council.

What’s in it for you:

  • Sneak peek of new product ideas – you may be asked to give feedback on new product ideas or features.
  • Contribute to the quality of the products you enjoy – your feedback is critical to letting us know what you like and don’t like about our solutions.
  • Become part of a community – you’ll be invited to special events (virtual and live) which provide a unique opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.
  • Prizes and donations – in exchange for your time, you may receive a gift card or we can make a charitable donation on your behalf. This year we’ve made donations to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Partners In Health, Children’s Cancer Association, and the Red Cross on our customers’ behalf.
  • Fun! – You may get to play with new technology, or see what we’ve got planned for the future, or talk to us about something you're passionate about.

Our Customer Feedback Council has already generated insights that have been a great help to Extensis in identifying the right path forward. For example, we’ve streamlined the online purchase experience of Suitcase Fusion and Suitcase TeamSync as a result of your feedback. But we still have many more opportunities to improve, and that begins with you and your feedback!

At Extensis, we value the opinions of our customers. It’s our priority. We’d love to hear what you think. Will you please join our Customer Feedback Council?
