Macworld 2008 – Universal Type Server well received
After our first whirlwind day at Macworld 2008, I can definitely say that Universal Type Server has been very well received. Attendees are impressed with its speed and ability to be configured. If you get a chance, please stop by the booth to check it out for yourself.
In the meantime, I thought that you might like to see a couple of short clips from the Macworld show floor.
This video shows you the mastery of Apple’s marking department. As I showed you in my earlier video, they keep their entire booth under wraps, literally wrapped in a black curtain so that people can’t see what’s in their booth. In this video, you see what it looks like just after they’ve dropped the curtain, with the press is rushing the MacBook Air table. Wow, talk about building excitement. They’ve definitely got that part down!
This second video shows you a quick panorama of the Extensis booth and the Macworld show floor surrounding us before the doors opened. This is how it’s all intended to look – no matter how disheveled we were by the end of the day. 😉 Steve Job’s keynote is currently going on, and they’re revealing signs as he reveals products in his speech.
