With that as our north star, this newest update to Portfolio makes it easier for you to bring all of your assets together so you can find them and use them quickly and effortlessly.
What’s New in Portfolio
- Unlimited Smart Keywording. You can now quickly and automatically tag any and all of your images with descriptive words so they’re more easily findable and usable. Plus, here are new ways to make your automatic keywording even easier:
- Individualized Settings for Smart Keyword Engines. Select the desired confidence level and number of descriptive keywords automatically returned for your assets for each of the category engines you've selected to use with each catalog.
- Automated Smart Keywording at Time of Cataloging Assets. Have your image assets automatically keyworded as soon as you add new ones to your Portfolio catalogs. Your assets will be more findable from the get go without the labor-intensive effort.
- New Usage Reports. Better understand the assets your users are searching for and downloading from your desktop and web clients and your NetPublish sites with new reports, including:
- Most downloaded items
- Most previewed
- File types stored
- Galleries and Folder Management. It's easier to find and access assets you've already organized with these new features:
- Gallery Filter. Simply start typing into the Filter Galleries search bar to reveal the matching galleries you have.
- Gallery Favorites. Star the galleries you want to keep track of and they'll stick to the top of your list so you can find and access them quickly.
- Selected Folder Asset Display. Choose to see only the assets in a selected folder and not all of the content included in its subfolders.
- Automated License Management. Never have to worry about minding your license information or manually entering it ever again. Portfolio now automatically manages all of your account’s license information.
