| When will my order ship?
|

If all of the items are in stock, orders shipping via USPS,
UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, and UPS Worldwide Saver will ship the
same business day if the order is placed prior to 3:00pm Pacific
Time. If the order is shipping via UPS 1-day, it will ship the same
business day if the order is placed prior to 4:00 pm Pacific Time.
All orders placed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the
following business day.

| If I live outside the US, will I have to pay for any special customs fees?

Any physical orders that ship outside the U.S. are subject to
any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes and are independent
