An Extensis Annual Service Agreement (ASA) ensures that our Priority Technical Support is at your service whenever you need it. In addition, you will receive timely product updates and no-cost upgrades for every licensed Extensis product covered under the program.

Your ASA covers all server purchases and associated clients, as well as volume license agreements. Upon purchase you will receive a document that details your ASA coverage, priority support contact information, and your ASA anniversary date for your records.

Unlimited technical support

ASA customers get unlimited access to our Priority Technical Support teams in North America and Europe. This team of technicians specializes in the corporate installations of Extensis software. Our commitment to you:

  • 24/7 availability via your priority support number
  • Email response within 1 business day for non-urgent issues
  • Multilingual support in English, German, and French

Timely product updates

Changes to operating systems and parent applications can quickly derail your company's workflow. Extensis keeps your workflow on track by providing timely updates to keep your Extensis software compatible with industry-standard applications.

Automatic product upgrades

You will receive automatic upgrade notices as soon as a new version is available. These upgrades are delivered at no-cost for all products covered under your ASA.

ASA renewals

You will be notified annually as your ASA is about to expire. However, at any time you can add up to 3 years of coverage on to your account.

Adding on to your ASA

It is not uncommon to add more clients or other components to your solution during an ASA period. In this case the new products purchased will also be covered under their own 1-year agreement.

Automatic ASA renewals

As an added convenience, you can choose to receive automatic annual renewals to ensure your ASA coverage never lapses.

On-site Technical Support
