Please Take Note: Extensis VLA Order Process Change — November 1, 2007
Please take note that as of November 1, 2007, all Extensis volume license agreements sold in the United States must be purchased directly through Extensis. As of that date, you will not be able to purchase Extensis licenses through Ingram Micro in the United States. Please refer to the information below for details on purchasing volume licenses directly through Extensis. Volume license purchases in Canada will still be distributed through Synnex/EMJ.

placing an order All VLA orders require full end
user information, including: company name, contact name (who serial numbers should be registered to), address, e-mail and phone number.
Submit purchase order via e-mail to orders@extensis.com or fax to 503-274-0530. All purchase orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
delivery options All VLAs are delivered electronically. Purchase receipt email can be sent to either the reseller or to the end user directly. All serial numbers are registered to the end user. One licensing letter is sent out for all orders directly to the end user or the reseller. CDs and documentation can also be mailed separately but Extensis standard shipping charges will apply.
payment terms
Credit card is preferred method of payment. Checks are also acceptable. PDF invoices can be created so that checks can be sent right away. Order is released once check is received. PO Net30 terms can be set up. Credit application must be filled out (24 hr turn around time pending approval). Contact Partner Support to request Credit Application.
