With more than 20 years of experience in the software publishing arena, Berson has been involved with practically every aspect of software development and publishing. Berson joined Extensis in 2003 following the acquisition of his company, DiamondSoft. Founded in 1996, DiamondSoft is the software developer of the Font Reserve product line. Berson brings to Extensis not only his vast experience in software publishing and specifically font management, but also his experience in successfully working with corporate customers and a solid understanding of the creative publishing markets.

Berson earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Nahhe Nomie Chief Financial Officer

Nomie oversees finance and operations for both the Extensis and LizardTech brands of Celartem Inc. Nomie joined the company in early 2006 and has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services market. Most recently he worked for DecisionPoint Software where he was closely involved in three rounds of funding totaling over $45M and the ultimate sale of the company. Prior to DecisionPoint, Nomie was with Price Waterhouse, LLC as well as Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, Inc. where he was involved in numerous acquisitions of outpatient clinics across the United States.

Nomie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and is a member of FEI, Financial Executives International

Mike Bacus Vice President of Engineering

Bacus is responsible for the engineering, quality assurance and program management departments at Extensis. He has more than 15 years of experience managing software projects and programming teams, most recently from the online conference provider -- Placeware/Microsoft -- where he was the engineering site manager for the Portland development team involved in the development of Microsoft Office Live Meeting. Bacus also has solid experience in enterprise manageability applications and software design through his positions at McAffee/Network Associates and QuadraMed. Bacus joined Extensis in 2003 as the Director of Development prior to his 2004 promotion to Vice President of Development.

Amanda Paull Vice President of Corporate Marketing

With over 15 years of marketing management experience, Paull is responsible for all brand development and demand generation activities at Extensis. She leads efforts for Extensis' public relations, advertising, direct programs, sales support, web presence, and creative services. Paull also heads up an active social marketing effort for Extensis and has become a regular contributor to the Extensis blog.

Prior to joining Extensis, Paull utilized her background in international and direct marketing to assist European and US companies with business development opportunities in Japan. Her prior industry experience spans technology and software to retail and consumer goods. She holds a BA in International Business and Japanese Language, a degree from Nagoya University (Nagoya, Japan) and an MBA in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business.

Martin Stein Vice President of Products and Services

With more than 10 years of international experience in product management and business development, Martin Stein is a valuable member of the Extensis executive team. Stein oversees Integration & Consulting Services and Product Management for the company's font and digital asset management product lines.

Prior to Extensis, Stein served as Apple's Business Development Manager for the Design and Print market in Germany and Austria. He also amassed considerable experience in the publishing industry from his role as Editor-in-Chief of MACup and Creative Live magazines. Most recently, Stein was a product manager for Quark Germany where he was responsible for the QuarkDMS Ad Production product line.
