How does the 30-day free trial work?
From the time that you create your WebINK account, you have 30 days to go wild and test out the service. Create as many Type Drawers as you like, and add as many fonts to your sites from those drawers. We don't ask for anything in return until after you have a chance to play with it for 30 days.
How much is the first month's charge?
At the end of your initial 30-day trial, you are charged for any Type Drawers that are enabled. Your first bill is prorated and only covers the time between the end of your trial and the end of the month. Your credit card is only charged for this prorated amount.
When do you charge my credit card for monthly access?
Type Drawers are always billed in advance at the beginning of the month. After your first partial bill, you are charged on the 1st day of each month for all Type Drawers that are enabled.
What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade a Type Drawer?
If for any reason you want to change the price tier or bandwidth usage of a type drawer, your account is charged for the modified amount on the 1st of the next month.
What happens if I go over my bandwidth allotment?
Set the bandwidth usage level at what you reasonably expect to use. Most sites will generally fit easily within the plans provided. If you go over the bandwidth usage for a Type Drawer, we’ll notify you that you might want to upgrade your account to allow more usage. We won’t ever turn off your WebINK service without plenty of warning.
How can I determine the price tier to choose?
Before creating a new Type Drawer, take a minute to explore the fonts available from WebINK. Set the Price Tier for the most expensive font that you expect to use in your Type Drawer. If you need to add a higher price tiered font in the future, you can always upgrade the Type Drawer.
How does the Web Font Plug-in work?
The Web Font Plug-in gives you FREE access to use WebINK fonts in your Adobe Photoshop website comps free-of-charge. To get started designing your website, create WebINK account and install the Web Font Plug-in.
